Hair growth is cyclical in nature and only hair in the anagen or growing phase will be destroyed during any one treatment so normally between four and eight treatments are required - usually spaced one month apart for facial hair and two months apart for body hair.  The effects are cumulative so less and less hair grows back after each treatment.
